All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to a clinical review by a qualified, GPhC-regulated prescriber. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our prescribers may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or recommend an alternative treatment or referral to your GP. You must inform us of all existing medical conditions, allergies, and current medications. Providing false or incomplete information may put your health at risk and may invalidate any prescription issued.
Prescriptions issued are valid for dispensing only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Tadcaster unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken before clinical review. If our prescriber determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days. We do not charge a separate consultation fee; the payment covers both consultation and medication where prescribed.
Once your order has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, we aim to deliver within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our prescriber for a full refund. Once a clinical review has been completed and a prescription issued, cancellation may not be possible as the medication will have been prepared for dispatch.
If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and regulatory reasons, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us immediately at our registered email address.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our obligations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
